Powerlifting with Hyperbarics

For over three years now, I’ve been utilizing hyperbaric therapy, thanks to a suggestion from a colleague. I am extremely grateful for his recommendation, as hyperbarics has significantly enhanced my recovery from workouts, improved my athletic performance, and alleviated stress from work. Since incorporating hyperbaric treatments, I’ve experienced a noticeable increase in my energy levels and a stronger immune system. Additionally, my performance in powerlifting competitions has improved remarkably. Whenever I used the hyperbaric chamber in preparation for a meet, I achieved personal records and even world records. Conversely, on the few occasions when I didn’t use the chamber before competing, my performance was far from satisfactory, and my recovery time was much longer.
Recently, I traveled to Las Vegas for the WABDL World Bench and Deadlift competition, where I secured first place in multiple categories with a 376 lb bench press and a 534 lb deadlift—both personal records and world records. I primarily attribute these achievements to my consistent use of the hyperbaric chamber twice a week for one month leading up to the competition.
Beyond athletic performance, hyperbaric therapy has provided me with several other benefits. Within just one month, I’ve seen quicker recovery from a shoulder injury, complete elimination of eczema on my scalp (which was both embarrassing and painful), reduced overall inflammation in my body, clearer skin with less facial redness, and greater comfort during flights due to easier ear pressure equalization.
